What do Mini 3 lessons look like?
We adapt the pace to the group’s dynamics, which tends to pick up as the babies go through their movement boom. We place a strong emphasis on explaining and reasoning behind each technique.
Within the group, we also give individual attention to each parent and baby. Besides our in-person sessions, you’ll be able to keep practicing at home with the help of short educational videos.
We focus not just on gross and fine motor skills, but also on caring for your baby and developing their cognitive functions. We explain how to build a secure attachment bond, how to set up a daily routine, and how to play together.
👉 When choosing the Mini 3 category, your baby’s current movement patterns matter more than age: crawling on hands and knees, pulling up to stand with support, or cruising along furniture while holding on.
If your little one’s movement changes during the course, or if the teacher notices during a session that they’d be better suited to a different group, no worries — we’ll move you and your baby so that you both get the most out of our sessions together. 🥰
Playful guidance to support both motor skills and mental development
Baby Balance Classes are playful guidance through psychomotor development. 🧸 At first glance, the lessons look like cheerful little exercises — but behind every warm-up, game, and song lies more than 13 years of accumulated expertise in psychomotor development.
These are comprehensive consultations where you’ll learn how to play with your baby, what your child needs and is curious about at each stage, and how to introduce self-care skills and everyday cooperation around the home. 👶
The sessions support the development of fine and gross motor skills, cognitive abilities, focus, sensorimotor coordination, and speech — and you’ll also discover how to support your baby’s social-emotional development and build a strong attachment bond.
Baby Balance prepares your little one for starting preschool, and even helps develop skills that will come in handy later on, when it’s time to learn at school. 📚
