What do Explorer 1 lessons look like?
A dynamic mix of exercises, games, and activities suited to how little ones this age tick — eager to explore and discover the whole world on their own two feet. The goal is gradual stabilization, both individually and as a group, reflected in the cooperation and integration that emerges within the group.
By the end of the course, Explorer 1 kids have no trouble working within a group, following the teacher, wrapping up and switching between activities, putting toys back, or sticking to simple rules. They respond well to challenges and thrive in the lively atmosphere of being surrounded by their peers and loving parents.
Under the guidance of a professionally trained Baby Balance advisor, you’ll gain not only plenty of inspiration for spending active time with your child, but also insight into their overall development. We’ll also cover communication strategies and how to support your child’s growing independence.
👉 Children must be at least 15 months old by the course start date.
Playful guidance to support both motor skills and mental development
Baby Balance Classes are playful guidance through psychomotor development. 🧸 At first glance, the lessons look like cheerful little exercises — but behind every warm-up, game, and song lies more than 13 years of accumulated expertise in psychomotor development.
These are comprehensive consultations where you’ll learn how to play with your baby, what your child needs and is curious about at each stage, and how to introduce self-care skills and everyday cooperation around the home. 👶
The sessions support the development of fine and gross motor skills, cognitive abilities, focus, sensorimotor coordination, and speech — and you’ll also discover how to support your baby’s social-emotional development and build a strong attachment bond.
Baby Balance prepares your little one for starting preschool, and even helps develop skills that will come in handy later on, when it’s time to learn at school. 📚
