What do Junior lessons look like?
We enjoy activities and games that help your child build basic movement skills, along with fundamental physical, social, and communication abilities.
With a parent present, we gradually and gently prepare your child for starting preschool, so they can handle your future absence more easily and quickly.
Besides exercises using their own bodies and a variety of equipment, children get their first taste of learning about different interesting topics, presenting to the group, working with the help of friends, and working independently. We work on building tolerance, patience, and following simple first rules. We learn little choreographed routines. While parents are still present and supervising, children work mostly without direct parental involvement.
We support building relationships between children and parents, and we’ll offer you plenty of inspiration for further activities at home.
👉 Children must be at least 26 months old. This is a joyful period of taking their first independent steps.
Playful guidance to support both motor skills and mental development
Baby Balance Classes are playful guidance through psychomotor development. 🧸 At first glance, the lessons look like cheerful little exercises — but behind every warm-up, game, and song lies more than 13 years of accumulated expertise in psychomotor development.
These are comprehensive consultations where you’ll learn how to play with your baby, what your child needs and is curious about at each stage, and how to introduce self-care skills and everyday cooperation around the home. 👶
The sessions support the development of fine and gross motor skills, cognitive abilities, focus, sensorimotor coordination, and speech — and you’ll also discover how to support your baby’s social-emotional development and build a strong attachment bond.
Baby Balance prepares your little one for starting preschool, and even helps develop skills that will come in handy later on, when it’s time to learn at school. 📚
